Mobile pop up event bar hire service in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset

We offer a straight forward, low hire fee & don’t set a minimum spend

We offer our mobile bar hire service for events with 50 or more adults that last for at least 4 hours and we won't stipulate a minimum spend so you can enjoy your event while we take care of the drinks!

We charge a standard hire fee of £300 and this covers;

Minimum of two staff for the duration of your event (more depending on number of guests, 1 extra member of staff per 50 guests usually)
Setup and take down of your chosen bar
Minimum 4 hours duration but no maximum
Any required alcohol licences
Public and product liability insurance
Removal and recycling of waste from the bar
Bespoke cocktail menu (choice of cocktails and a personalised, unique, bespoke menu designed with you
Transport costs within 25 miles each way
Polycarbonate, reusable glassware (glass available on request)
Choice of draught lager and cider*
Option to pick some other drinks to be available for sale, if not provided as standard (see menu for standard options)
Use of bistro tables & chairs (4 tables and 8 chairs) for additional seating inside or out
Option to serve teas & coffees from the bar
Initial and final consultation calls (if required)
Card payment facility** or cash
