How to book

If you would like to book our mobile bar services for your event, firstly contact us via the button below or e-mail enquiries@gertlusheventbars.co.uk 

Its important to let us know the following details to help us answer you quickly:

• Date of your event (or rough idea)
• Venue (there are some venues that we do not cover due to access)
• Type of event
• Length of the event
• Number of guests expected / invited 
• Any special requirements

We can then check which bars we have available and will reply you within a few working days to talk to you about your event, confirm if we are available or which bar is available and discuss any special requirements you may have. We will offer to arrange a call or zoom meeting to chat through options. 

If you are happy to go ahead and book, bookings are secured by payment of the hire fee and completion of a booking form. We can provisionally hold dates for up to two weeks if requested. Payment for any optional extras or services are payable 1 month before your event. 

Nearer your event date we will contact you to confirm the arrangements for access and any personalisation you would like for drinks, service etc. 

Once you are booked in, we secure the date and bar of your choice and are available to answer any questions or queries you have been booking and the event.
