Wedding Bar Hire

We bought and converted our Ivor Williams 505 horsebox into a mobile bar back in early 2018. The outside of the horsebox is a classic grey and cream, with a matching cream interior and has a rustic, country feel bar, making it perfect to customise to match your wedding theme. 

At the rear the bar is extendable offering a higher volume serving area and there are two serving hatches, which are accessed by grass covered ramps.  It has two light options, either vintage style bulbs or more modern feel coloured LED lighting. 

The horsebox bar is full kitted out to provide three draught drinks. You can either choose your favourites or we can provide our standard options of Red Rock Pilsner or Budweiser  and Thatchers Gold or Sandford Orchards Devon Red. 

The horsebox mobile bar is versatile and can be used in lots of places and gives a wow factor to your Wedding. The horsebox mobile bar works best for outdoor weddings whether that's in a garden, field or other outdoor space but we have also situated it inside large barns too. It also works well for festival weddings, tepee weddings, marquee weddings or to utilise a car park or grounds of your venue and leave more space inside for dancing! We introduced our Enchanted Mobile Bar in 2021, with the original theme of where rustic meets tropical.  Since we introduced the new bar and because of its popularity we have added two new decoration options so that's four ways we can style the mobile bar to fit with your wedding theme or preferred style; 

• beautiful foliage and leaves, with matching circular foliage on the front bar (that you can add your own wedding flowers to), giving it a unique, enchanting twist. This  works well for a number of wedding themes; tropical, fairytale, festival, summer and enchanted forest are just a few examples!
• Flower wall, packed full of beautiful peony style flowers mixed with greenery in a mix of natural colours, think cream, blush and pale pink
• NEW on trend for 2023 Peaches and Pale Blues
• Vintage boho macramé style, fairy lights, sheer copper/gold material sits underneath our beautiful, unique macramé back drop for a design something truly special
• Or you could have a simple but stylish rustic wooden theme where we skip the backdrop and just provide the bar as is.

The Enchanted Bar can be set up as a 12 foot straight bar, a 7ft corner mobile bar or as a small 5ft mobile bar (for smaller spaces), and it works well indoors and out, whether its in a village hall, marquee, a library or state room of a Castle!
