No Fuss, Low Booking Fee's & No Minimum Spend
At Gert Lush Event Bars, we keep things simple with a straightforward, low hire fee and no minimum spend. Whether you're planning a wedding, party, or corporate event, we’ve got the drinks covered so you can focus on enjoying your celebration!
Our mobile bar hire service is perfect for events with 50 or more adults, lasting at least 5 hours. Here’s what’s included in our standard hire fee:
- Hire Fees: £250 (Sunday–Wednesday) | £300 (Thursday–Saturday)
- Staffing: Two staff members (plus one extra per 50 additional guests)
- Setup & Takedown: Complete bar setup and removal after the event
- Event Duration: Starts at 5 hours, with no maximum
- Licensing: All necessary alcohol licenses handled for you
- Insurance: Public and product liability coverage
- Waste Management: Removal and recycling of bar waste
- Custom Cocktails: A bespoke menu tailored to your tastes
- Transport: Costs included within 25 miles each way
- Glassware: Polycarbonate, reusable glasses (glass options available)
- Additional Drinks: Choose extra beverages beyond our standard menu
- Seating: Bistro tables and chairs (4 tables, 8 chairs) for added comfort
- Hot Drinks: Option to serve teas and coffees from the bar
- Consultations: Initial and final calls to ensure every detail is covered
- Payment Options: Card facilities and cash payments accepted
